About Our Butter Chicken

Asli Butter Chicken is the dish New Asian Village is famous for. Tender pieces of chicken are first marinated and grilled in our clay tandoor, then folded into a rich, velvety tomato gravy finished with butter and fresh cream. It is the classical recipe our family has perfected over a 40-year legacy of authentic Indian cooking in Alberta.
